Charging customers a fee to send them a billing statement is NOT acceptable and disrespectful to this 20+ year customer and military veteran. Hello Home Depot!

I will inform each and every person out there that my experience with Lowe's internet ordering and their overall service from the actual placement of the order until the delivery of the order was nothing less than total disappointment and the ideal that they entertain themselves with about seamless customer service in my opinion and in my experience of just doing something as simple as ordering a washing machine off the internet and requesting haul off of the old and also delivery of the new with hookup I will say this the delivery team who were contracted delivery personnel they were not Lowe's associates. I will give the delivery team five stars for their ability to actually make me feel a little better about all the other things that occurred by just simply asking for seamless customer service and all I received was a bunch of ridiculous ridiculous redundant customer support and service ridiculous to the point that I even recorded the time that I spent one day just trying to get someone to take my call and listen to the experience that I was having with this so-called seamless customer service It was terrible customer service It is not deservant of anything less than my opinion which was once again a terrible customer service experience that was caused by Lowe's customer service team to begin with then it trickled up and down there for a little while and then when I ask to speak to a manager everyone got scared but never fear when the manager called he wasn't very well versed in the proper answers that a customer sometimes appreciates hearing It seemed to me they had more issues of pointing fingers at one another's departments and customer service and etc etc and so on that A I began to become extremely bored with their attitudes of pointing the finger somewhere else and then I began to wonder why why was I being treated like this and I'm the customer or wait a minute should I say I thought I was a customer evidently I wasn't the customer or The employees that were continually spending me in circles and creating the redundant patterns of redundancy kept on practicing these patterns of redundancy It was nothing less than absurd. I certainly do not have any problem giving attaboy's where at the boys are due and deserved and the delivery team deserves a lot of attaboys a whole lot of attaboys because they did a great job from the time they called me to let me know when they were going to be here to the very time they left and took all of their stuff with them and the only traces I seen of them was the tail lights of the truck that they drove up! And once again the seamless customer service was somewhere that day I just am not sure where it was It certainly wasn't at and had anything to do with the people that I spoke to that worked for Lowe's that was not the case at all so I decided that since they were spending so much of their valuable time pointing fingers at one another within the organization I said okay so now the refrigerator and the dryer that we're getting next month I believe me and my wife determined unanimously that we won't be shopping at Lowe's.

I went into the store to order a room air conditioner. I bought the Hisense model #4350808 which weighs around 50 pounds. I arranged for it to be delivered-I assumed by Lowe's employees. The sales clerk said it could be carried upstairs. Well, it was dropped off today at my front porch by a Door Dash driver. It "isn't his job" to carry it upstairs. I have had knee surgery, and my husband is in a wheelchair. I now own a room air conditioner that is of no use to me because it isn't where it is needed. Thanks, Lowe's, for your "great" customer service.

Customer service is Terrible in store and corporate. Warning do not do the Bye, now pay later, they do a hard inquiry on your credit score and then don't ever get you.Your product that you purchand then don't want to Help even though they made the mistake. We'll never Shop there again!!!!!!!!!

bought a new washer and dryer 2000.00 had it for 5 days did my first wash and dry the dryer is making A thumping noise called lowes they told me to call the manufacture that lowes dosent fix there problems. My other option was to return the items after paying for delivery and set up. Which would only give me store credit. Bad customer service shame on you lowes will never shop in your store again.

Absolutely no service at all I don't care how many times you call they will not answer the phone. When you go to the store no one is ever in their departments. The person working in home decor is never where she is suppose to be and know nothing about blinds. She is totally useless

11:00am no checkouts open. Getting tired of self checkouts while employees standing around with phones to their ear. If I have to do their job give me a discount. Next time I will go to ACE hardware where they appreciate your business. Staunton Va. store is terrible.

I was asked to leave the East Tucson Location after describing an associates behavior as Bitchy. Management took great offense to this word. It means spiteful, malicious and arrogant behavior. This was all because of trying to use Military Discount in the store and being regularly lectured by this associate. For a company that gives military discount and thanks Veterans for their service they were not interested in the fact I have a Traumatic Brain Injury and I have to hunt for words. I tried explaining this to managers and they said Bitchy is the use of profanity and that I’d I had used spiteful, vindictive, arrogant or malicious to describe the associates behavior I would not have been asked to leave. One manager brought the fact if I had said this about a family member he would have been insulted. He even raised his voice and proceeded to argue over the phone. I’ve been shopping at this location for 10 years and never seen such a lack of interest or unprofessionalism especially in management.

Terrible customer service at Lowe’s in Laurel, MD. Spoke with 2 supervisors and neither one could tell me when I would get my appliance delivery. The delivery was cancelled for some unknown reason. I had to call Lowe’s customer care. They helped me. I paid thousands of dollars for my order and The Laurel store is staffed with employees who really could care less about my order. Buyer beware of this store.

Thanks for screwing over the Military Veterans with your stupid Rewards card! Anyone can apply for this! The once 10% discount is now 5% Will take my business to Home Depot from now on! Screw you!

Well, after all the business we’ve given Lowes.. making gardens, purchasing washer, dryer & all our appliances, remodeled our bathroom & redid our entire kitchen, we get kicked in the face. We don’t do online pmt so we will be punished by asking for a paper statement (charged $1.99 PER MONTH!) Screw that! We will be giving our business somewhere else that Appreciates there customers!

Very simple- placed an order online for a washer and dryer $2k. Delivered in pouring nasty rain- did not notice a few cut marks on top of dryer. Called customer care to no avail. Someone will reach out. Waited 4 days and they said someone called (absolutely did not) and still waiting on a simple resolution, swap out or give me something off. They want to come take it and then get me the replacement the following week. Absolutely not- I wish I never purchased from them. And I have spent almost 100k with them, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, whole house of windows, all my yard supplies, tractor etc.... way to treat me right.

Your customer service is horrible. I was looking to purchase weed killer, insect killer, lawn bags and Glade fragrance. The total cost is $60.00. When I approached the register they were all self-service. I don't know how to use the register, I needed help and not one employee was around for my questions. I had to leave the products in the cart and leave. Lowe's, you lost $60.00 from me a regular customer with a credit card. Well, make that, former customer. Gerald Leveske.

Try and buy something and have it shipped and it’s impossible. Customer service doesn’t know why so WHO does. What a joke ! As much as I hate HD at least you can order online. I got rid of my account!

I buy alot of things at Lowes. But do not buy carpet at Lowes. There carpet may be very good but their installers are very very bad at customer service and at scheduling. You wait forever to hear from them. They tell you their going to call by certain date and never call.

Ordered 5 appliances March 18 to be delivered on April 5th. Receive an email on April 2 that delivery is moved to April 30. There was no explanation or apology . Different services were put in place that worked around that delivery. This now delayed the plumbers work and cabinet installation . Canc order and went to PC Richard. They priced us $400 less and delivery was 2 days later . Will never show Lowes again.

Reordered same item 3 times. It's never been delivered. Out of 6 items, a 6,000$ order that only 1 item was delivered. I will never order from lowes again.

We went through the lay process and measurements with Lowe’s counter top person, came to the estimate and when the Lowe’s contractors came out and did the final measurements. It was twice the price of the original estimate. Measurements didn’t change!

Went to Lowe's in Plant City to purchase a range they only had one left and it's the one on the floor that is on clearance but they won't sell it because it's the only one left. I think that's ridiculous you either want to sell your products or you don't want to sell your products and yes I did talk to the store manager Zack and he said no we will not sell it unless we have something to go in its place. That's not a way to run a business sorry so we're going to go to Home Depot and get it and Lowe's can stick it in the ear.
