“Hey, Maap! I was thinking, it would be awesome if you could restock those older jerseys and bibs. Oh, and while you're at it, it'd be great if you could consider lowering the prices a bit. I mean, come on, buying a few sets of bib shorts and jerseys shouldn't cost as much as a whole entry-level bike, right? Just a friendly suggestion!”

“Express postage was not fulfilled. Wanted these base layers for TDU rides which I expected to arrive in time, but got them over a week after order placed. I assume the delay was due to resources focussed on TDU. Pop-up was great, well done. Disappointing that I was not able to use a gift voucher there though.”

“Super stoked with my latest purchase from Maap. Was slightly worried about the pockets on jerseys as they didn’t feel as tight as my other Maap Jerseys but have had no issue with anything falling out. Website is easy to shop online and quick with the despatching order.”

“I really like fabric and unique graphics on the jersey. I weigh 64kilos and muscular in fram and find it difficult to find a jersey to fit! Xlrg is a perfect fit yahhh”

“Unfortunately it was poor. I was too large for all of your riding clothes (196cm, 110kgs). So had to return my riding jacket. I was unable to this at the store, so had to pay to pay to get stock sent, antoher $20 for auspost. On top of my other postage paid. Costly and ineffective process.”

“I've had a fair bit of cycling kit over the past few years. Yes you pay a premium for MAAP, but you get a premium product and premium service. Even better if you can wait for sale time!”

“Excellent online ordering process and even better returns process. Product is excellent quality, however the size charts just don't seem to be right. I have had 2 attempts now and have had to settle for a XXL sizing fitting which will hopefully meet my needs after my latest return. I was very particular about taking body measurments but they are just not correct with your jersey sizes. Also the gloves chart size is not clear and needs some update”

“Maap is extremely good quality but that comes with a price. Despite what is said on their website they accept free returns and they refund the money to your bank account.”
