“I bought my niece a butterfly birthday cake for her 50th birthday and to say it was beautiful is an understatement!! Very reasonably priced too considering how it looked. Thank so much.”

“We use our Marks and Spencer store in Truro all the time. The staff are always very polite and helpful. They are generally extremely good value for the quality of the product. For bedding, lingerie, school uniforms I won't go anywhere else. The added bonus with Marks is the Sparks card which gives added discounts on items as well as donating to your chosen charity so you can do some good whilst you shop.”

“I went into the Marble Arch store today to buy pjs that my niece really liked and wanted. All the other stores were sold out, so i called the customer service line where they said the marble arch store had 19 on the shop floor. I went there and found none. I spoke with Theresa Harley who was the most helpful person i have come across. She checked the system which showed 5, but none were on the floor. So she then went to check the stock room, where she found the PJs in the size I needed. She was a genuinely lovely woman who went out if her way to help me.”

“I love the fact that I can pick my parcel up from our Lichfield food store delivered free of charge the following day so I am devastated that the shop is closing down..😢we were supposed to be having a bigger shop so how come this is happening?😡”

“I visited M&S at Westfield Stratford today to buy some fruits and chocolate box, although it was really busy and long que it was well managed by several staff, I’ve been helped by a female staff called khaleda in the self checkout till with a freindly smile on her face she was really helpful. Thank you”

“Marks and Spencer is always excellent in both quality and service. I love their Soft White Farmhouse sliced loaf as it is very nice bread and makes perfect toast. Crisp and crunchy on the outside, and soft in the middle. I've tried lots of different loaves, but none can beat this loaf for toast!”
