“I went for a bra fitting today Monday 15 April 2019, at Marks and Spencer Ealing Broadway, it was amazing the lady that measured me was very thorough her name was Nina, and then she called her colleague for second opinion her name was Wendy she gave great advice, I left a very happy lady with some wonderful bras, would definitely recommend a bra fitting there, I will be returning”

“For the first time in more than 20 years I bought a pile of clothes today. Why? Quality cotton/natural materials in nice simple shapes and colours. M&S made Zara and others look cheap.”

“Absolute fantastic customer service from Shaaron and Dominic in Menswear in Bromley store on Sunday 31st March. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely shop there again if I knew Shaaron and Dominic were going to be working.”

“I can't believe how much M&S has changed in the past year. Lower prices on staples like bread, milk, meat and salad. Superb value with their fabulous Dine In options (we have one every week). And far from the rather staid and traditional M&S we have known for years, we are seeing quirky Love Sausages on Valentines Day, naughty bunny rabbits at Easter and fun advertising that has my family laughing, but drooling for M&S grub. Makes me proud to shop British!!”

“Just started using M&S's precooked food such as Beef & red wine casserole or Thai and Malaysian currys - vegetarian or chicken and have to confirm that it is great. I'm very fussy eater and I'm normally against preheated food but one night I was on my way from the gym and couldn't be bothered to cook some healthy staff so I piped in M&S, got a lot of healthy food and loved it so much I keep going back, calories contain is also very low!”

“At last a shirt that fits, albeit from the very limited 2” longer range but nice quality, great fitting and exceptional value shirt, I have just purchased 8 more. I have been complaining for years that m&s shirts are too short in the body and I am forever tucking them back into my trousers, perhaps they are listening at last, just a shame the range is so limited.”

“I purchased a one person meal - king prawn alfredo. described as linguine in a rich creamy chese sauce. once cooked it was swimming in a watery Chinese looking 'soup'. I sent an email this lunchtime to register my opinion and was contacted within 2 hours with an e gift card and personalised apology. Very prompt and efficient service.”

“Called into M & S at Abbey Centre, Newtownabbey looking to buy some items of bedding along with a few other things. Arms full, I made my way to the customer service area where after a few minutes standing in line was invited over to pay for the items by a very glamorous lady with a welcoming smile whose name was Glynis. Sensing I was a typical hapless male who didn't really have much of a clue about what he was doing, she took time to check all my bits (bedding) just to make sure I'd got it right, even managing to inadvertently delight with an totally unexpected bonus. As someone who normally detests shopping unless I'm holding a mouse, those few moments spent with Glynis made me realise what I'm missing and actually what a soulless experience buying online really is. In my humble opinion more people like Glynis could be retail's answer in the war against online shopping.”

“John from Marks and Spencers (Abbey Centre) store Newtownabbey who was working on the tills on Sunday he's such a great help and always smiling and very helpful was able to set up my sparks card as I was having difficulty with and always packs my shopping very neatly and nothing is too much trouble for him - very customer friendly. If you are ever in make sure you go through his till as he will lighten up your day! (:”
