“Ordered a celebration cake from Christchurch branch, after receiving advice from Anita, who took time to suggest various options. The order was perfect, the cake was well packed for its journey to London, & was delicious. Excellent value for money, I'm very happy!”

“I visited the Leeds city centre M & S store to buy jeans. Having lost a lot of weight, I was unsure of my size and the length that I needed. Staff member, Stacey Leslie was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time bringing a big selection of jeans in different styles and sizes for me to try on. I was very pleased to find several pairs to buy that really suited my shape. After buying the jeans, my friend and I enjoyed lunch in the store cafe, where we were served by friendly efficient staff.”

“At the Carmarthen Store Simon went beyond the call of duty to help me get a coat I’d ordered for wrong day . He rang for the coat to arrive earlier then asked a colleague to deliver the coat to me in rural Cerridigion , to save me an hours trip to the store . The coat was for a funeral so it was very much appreciated . Also Justine who got the coat to me .”

“We visited the outlet at Wembley and were served by Shobna at the till . She was very professional , welcoming and happy to add my sparks points to additional receipts . A true example of how marks and Spencer employees used to be . Well done Shobna - visited the store Friday 2.30/3 ish”

“Easy to use website with the option of free delivery to a store near you. Quality fantastic - food and clothing. Clothing returns not an issue - Option to return to store near you and refund done without any issue. A total pleasure of a company to order from and never disappointed.
