“The sales person was very helpful when I took my 98 year old mum shopping to Marks and Spencers. We were interested in obtaining a Sparks card which the assistant explained in easy terms to my mum.”

“Recently went to Haverfordwest marks and Spencer’s store. Staff extremely helpful in all departments showed men’s wear for trousers for my partner. The assistant on the shop floor helped me find a suitable size and made recommendations based on her own knowledge of what was popular”

“This review is for marks and Spencer outlet West Bromwich. Went today. All the staff were very friendly. But one particular member stood out his name was Rob. He over heard me talking to my daughter about some shoes that I couldn't find my size in. He came straight over and found me a pair. He was so helpful. I didn't even have to ask. I later found out he had only been working there for a week. Well congratulations if only every store had someone like him. I bought the shoes thanks to Rob. Excellent customer service.”

“Bought a suit from Marks & Spencer Tunbridge Wells Menswear on 28/09/18 - we were very pleased with the *excellent* customer service received from Tyler Markwell - a very professional, charming, patient, affable young man - a true asset. Nothing was too much trouble, his help and advice was greatly appreciated - a wise head on young shoulders - and we left satisfied customers.”

“to day we had just a small shopping of children's clothes but a gentleman Luke was serving on the chashier point he was a very wonderful and helping and make us really feel sooo happy with his manner and helping manner he gave gift voucher after sale receipt was given by asking the anothoer lady chashier and help usat Reading broad street Rg1 2BH. \I do wish every one;ikehim.”
