“I was very disapointed after visiting m&s at the vanguards at monks cross today. I took my daughter for a bra fitting. They didn't have the stock, they measured her incorrectly, and to finish things off she was given a bra to try on that was 4 times to big yes it's true and unbelievable. I think the staff need to be retrained as this is not acceptable. I then took her to John Lewis where the staff were different again really helpful measured her to her correct size and we were able to purchase the goods. I did tell them about the bad experience I had and it didn't surprise them.”

“Absolutely ridiculous service from mares and spencers. Spent half an hour on the phone with customer service just to put the bloody thing on hold!”
