“The Assistant could not do enough for me- she checked my Sparks Card points and told me On the garment I had purchased there was 20%discount with my Card...... and also advised me that I could have my Sparks card checked anytime I went in .......”

“A wonderful lady working in the laungerie depth of your Truro store called Nichola A, made my day. I have never been measured for a bra but unfortunately need to have surgery next month, so I decided just to ask advice and begin to think about what I will need. Nichola handled the matter with sensitivity and consideration. I was surprised she gave me her time without appointment to chat, measure me and advise on the best bra. She then gave me 20% friends and family discount and her details for further reference should I need it. So kind and professional. Thank you Nichola A.”

“I bought some flowers for my partner for her birthday I was really impressed that I got to choose the day there were delivered and was sent texts to let me know when they were going to be delivered the bouquet cost only £19.99 (inc free delivery). value for money, very happy indeed. “I purchased some lovely sales bargains, a pink T-shirt at £6 and a white jumper with frilly sleeves at £10. I was very pleased with the quality and price of these items! I also think M & S fruit and vegetables are of a very high standard and besides shopping in their clothes department, I also enjoy shopping in their food section. Their cappuccino coffee is so refreshing if you want a break from shopping and the staff are friendly and helpful.”

“I went to the inauguration of the Bracknell Marks and Spencer. The atmosphere was electric and you could feel how proud the assistants were to show off the new store. Everyone was excited and the service was excellent. I got a free shopping bag, tasters and even a drop of Prosecco but I think it was the helpful attitude of the girl on the till that made the biggest impression. Go on down you will be impressed!”
