“The Assistant could not do enough for me- she checked my Sparks Card points and told me On the garment I had purchased there was 20%discount with my Card...... and also advised me that I could have my Sparks card checked anytime I went in .......”

“A wonderful lady working in the laungerie depth of your Truro store called Nichola A, made my day. I have never been measured for a bra but unfortunately need to have surgery next month, so I decided just to ask advice and begin to think about what I will need. Nichola handled the matter with sensitivity and consideration. I was surprised she gave me her time without appointment to chat, measure me and advise on the best bra. She then gave me 20% friends and family discount and her details for further reference should I need it. So kind and professional. Thank you Nichola A.”

“I bought some flowers for my partner for her birthday I was really impressed that I got to choose the day there were delivered and was sent texts to let me know when they were going to be delivered the bouquet cost only £19.99 (inc free delivery). value for money, very happy indeed.
