“Marks have improved over the years... the men's clothes are better designed always wash well and maintain their shape. The food dept just gets better and better and now the do home furnishings which I love. Good value for money!”

“Today I went to marks and Spencer's to purchase a birthday cake with my 3 year old daughter for her grandmothers birthday. I let her chose the cake and her choice was Colin the caterpillar (which was lovely) I was served at 14:15pm at counter 6 by a lovely gentleman. I'm sorry I didnt catch his name but his customer service was outstanding.”
