“I like being able to specify day of delivery - I was able to pick a day I was working from home. Was texted and emailed that morning to give me a one hour slot for delivery so I wasn't waiting around. Arrived on time and was able to do some returns by Collect+ at the shop just down the road. So easy and efficient. Thank you.”

“Always easy to order, pay and collect from my local store free. Delivery is quick and returns easy. Given plenty of time to return. Love The Sparks card and the way that the staff in store will check what offers you have on it even if you havent got your card with you. Will be shopping more with Marks now. Staff are always polite and friendly and helpful.”
