delivery after ordering items absolutely rubbish,don't both looking up "track my order" as this has next to nothing information,not informed of who the courier is last three orders never arrived on time,don't bother with next day delivery as it's a waste of time and your money,customer services ought to be ashamed to call it a service,again a waste of time,dont ask them to phone back ,as it takes them over two and a half hours to do so,can't even contact head office to complain about customer services as you are re directed back to customer services.Questions below doesn't allow you to put more than one option,like tried to contact by email and phone,tom dick and harry delivered items different each order,can not even put no star doesn't deserve any stars.

Went early for food shopping. Lucky not to break a leg. Every aisle I turned into was full of trolleys for filling shelves. Some areas were inaccessible. It was really a health and safety risk. This was followed by chaos at checkouts. Not checkout operators fault. The card readers were not working. Everyone was flapping about. I mislaid my card in the hassle. I left the shop highly stressed. Apologies from staff........ NO.........

I have been a customer for a long time, and the extra lean ham i have been buying for a long time,you have changed the suppler of the ham, and it’s not the same,you don’t say it is extra,you call lean ham,i will not be buying again.

I was in marks and Spencer’s argyle street Glasgow today 4/11/19 at around 11.15am in food dept I was at self scan where someone had left their basket I placed it on floor do I could put my shopping through when assistant approached me she was abrupt with me for doing so I carried on scanning my shopping I could hear her discussing me with another customer I was thoroughly embarrassed I won’t be back customer service is awful

I was shopping in the argyle st glasgow store in food department went through self scan dept the baskets weren’t cleared from till I put it on floor assistant was very abrupt with me for doing it I also heard her discussing this with another customer I was very embarrassed won’t be back customer service is awful that happened today 5/11/19 around 11.15 am

Just had the garlic and help chicken skewers , first off it says they take half an hour to cook and it’s more like an hour even then they were still pink in the middle I took one bite and got rid will not be buying them again I hope I don’t get the shits after that bite ....

I will never attempt to shop in M&S again. I have just had breast cancer surgery and needed to chat to an assistant in my local store. I have made several attempts to get through to the store this morning without success. Also called the shopping centre directly who put me through to the same call centre in the UK. I eventually spoke to an operator and explained that I had cancer surgery and could I speak to an assistant in Lingerie. I was left holding twice. This whole procedure took me two hours of phone calls and lots of stress and frustration. How on earth does this company expect to survive with this huge part of customer service not working. What an insult to a very loyal customers for years. Shame on you.

I have just had the chicken, roast potatoes and peas in a cheese sauce. Firstly there were too many hard peas in the meal and the cheese sauce was non-existent. The meal also had very little taste, an expensive mistake by me, which I will not be repeating. Very disappointed but happening more frequently. The prices of these ready meals however continue to cost more. Get a grip M&S!

Ordered on 19th October, now 30th still waiting for delivery that they say should take 3-5 days. If it takes this long mid October how are they going to get Christmas online orders out. I won't be ordering any!

I bought your Katsu curry. It really upset my stomach. Way way too salty and didnt taste nice at all. Normally can rely on your food. Whats happend with this ready meal?

I've just received cut flowers from a… I've just received cut flowers from a friend to cheer me up and they are awful. Low grade, nasty cheap flowers, half dead. I'm so unimpressed, especially as this could have been such a lovely treat. Such a shame to see M&S send out such a bad quality product. I've shopped here for a long time but things seem to be going down hill. I'd like to put a photo here but no facilities for this.

Has there been a change in trouser length that I’m not aware of? I bought a pair of M&S per una jeans , size 14 short. I am 5 ft.1 . When I tried them on at home I found them 5 inches to long. I went back to Oxford Circus branch and tried on another 3 pairs, different styles. Every single one was miles too long. I’m used to having to shorten my trousers . I decided I would shorten the pair I’d already bought. Big mistake!.. the inner leg seams is triple folded therefore pulling the stretchy fabric . Results in a £39.50 trousers ruined. No more M& S trousers for me. Rita

I have tried talking to staff in stores, I have tried reviewing individual products but it’s like talking to myself. I am totally fed up of trying to order products, particularly lingerie on line. I no longer live in the UK so that is my preferred method of shopping. There is no consistency re sizing so how can you buy on line? My most recent experience of trying to buy bras is again frustrating. Every bra in my lingerie draw is 36, so why do the 4 in this order fail to meet at the back (one almost did!). As for the shoulder straps, they were so short someone 4ft tall would have struggled to wear the bras. Also please tell me which higher being has decreed that any bra with a cup size over an e should have a three eyelet back fastening? I live in a warm climate and wear light clothing, I don’t need a bra designed by Brunel for goodness sake! I have little hope this review will be seen or considered by anyone in the M&S hierarchy as I fear arrogance is the guiding principle at work. So goodbye M&S I’m off and judging by your financial performance I’m not on my own.

I went to M&S in Guildford to buy several plain and simple BLACK winter leggings. Budget £20+ per pair. I found NOTHING suitable. I can't believe the array of leggings nobody would want to buy let alone wear with sparkles etc .... I know we're approaching Christmas but still do you have your buyer in mind before displaying such unsuitable items? I was/am very disappointed.

Best every curry. Well if that is the best, i would rather not bother. Such a disappointment, i was so looking forward to my curry. Looked nice, thick sauce, great but boy the taste was not the best to say the least. My husband and i are addicted to curries and this will be one that we will not be buying again. Sorry M&S, you got it wrong for us.

What has happened to your Oakham chickens , they use to be double bagged and so tasty . Now they come single bagged and the juices are outside the tray , they burn easily and are not as tasty.im so gutted as they use to be a once a week buy but I think today we ate our last m & s oakham chicken

Hello All, I am giving Marks & Spencers Euston a 1 rating because that is the lowest this would allow. The store is often busy and crowded due to it location next to the station. But the reason for using this store is location and the reputation of Marks and Sparks . But i am sad to say Marks has definitely lost its sparks. The staff were rude and no manager on hand to complain. The blatant racism and unhelpful and smirking staff is definitely a experience i will not put myself through again. - I will rather use sainsburys just round the corner cheaper and better service. Eeeek Methinks NOT every again

Ordered bed and mattress late July, delivery was 7th October. Bed was water damaged so refused them. Told by m and s mattress would be delivered 27th October and bed delivered late November. Said this was unacceptable and cancelled order. Nobody seemed bothered and have not heard anything from them since.

The self service machines were fully shut down due the technical problems, I asked the Assistant what happen the self service machines as there was only two assistants at the counter, she weren’t know to what happen the machines ! I had another day shopping at the foodhall there was a customer there times struggling the use service machines as it’s not works completely, when I weight the item in scan the machines is said 3 times weight item on the scanner then Retail Assistant act weirdly and failing customer service principles after paid the items £20 coast took the receipt and forget to take change £5.60 and M&S Assistant is not bring the change behind me. I can’t believe that how M&S can have poor quality customer services and terrible machines !

I ordered flowers on line for our 52nd wedding anniversary. As we have both had cancer and made a recovery I ordered the £40 flowers as £4.00 was being donated to Macmillan. The flowers were not delivered until late afternoon of our anniversary and I was devastated when the delivery man from Yodel presented my wlfe with a soggy cardboard box with water dripping from it. We obviously refused delivery and the delivery man who was obviously Eastern European asked if we would like to re-order. I politely told him that we would not be prepared to stop in another day to wait for some flowers. I did complain via the online chat line and asked for a refund. No apologies were given but I received a refund plus a £10 Voucher but this did not alter the fact that our anniversary had been ruined. I shall never ever order flowers on line at Marks and Spencer
