Hello, On 6.05.22 I made an online order for 2 items for my mother's birthday. The order was confirmed and I was due to collect my parcel on 16.05.22. A day before collection date on 15.05.22 I received an email saying that one item was unavailable and I contacted customer service. It turned out that in fact the whole order was cancelled. For 10 days nobody tried to contact me to inform me about the issue! Why did you confirm the order in a first place? You managed to ruin my birthday present that I had for my my mother and left me no time to organize a replacement. For years I was a regular M&S customer but after this experience I'll make sure I never shop M&S again. I'll spread the word about my M&S shopping too! You've left a really bad taste in my mouth! Worst shopping experience I've ever had and that from a company that I used to respect! Wioleta

I bought the meal for 2, lamb stew, mash potato and prawn cocktail. Lamb tasteless, potato bland and weird looking, prawn cocktail ok. Won't be buying again.

M&S new Apple bites at over £3 are not worth buying as they have very little apple content.Plus do they cost pennies to make because why else would you go to Vietnham to make a product of low quality.

Very bad customer care. The executives have no authority....they cant even connect u to their seniors. They make false promises and i had to keep following up for my complaint for almost a month. A big waste of time. I wudnt recommend anyone to buy any online stuff from their official website....if u face any issue with ur order....wat u will get back from them is just a SORRY innumerable times. No other action. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I ordered flowers, chocolates, and Prosecco for my Elderly mums Birthday who lives far away from me. The delivery was due between 7am and 7pm on 3rd May. The gifts did not arrive. I contacted the virtual agent, Chimesa who informed me that they will have to be shipped another day. I was offered a £5 good will voucher, which is poor show. The order was placed a week ago. What’s the point of a designated delivery day if it can not be relied upon! I then requested for the flowers to be delivered the next day, but the virtual chat was ended by the agent! Thus leaving one very unresolved unhappy customer and one sad mother. I would advise anyone to seriously think before ordering from M&S flowers if you want to avoid such a disappointment. I would give zero stars if I could. Pull your socks up M&S, there are rivals out there who will fill your shoes!😡

Unable to book a bra fitting for my daughter online so went to my local M&S at Hempstead Valley. I was told that it's now a walk in, asked to book my daughter in and was told yes first of all then was told it would be 4hr wait as no one was available even though the store was empty and there was plenty of staff around. I then suggested that if we got a couple of bras could someone just check the fitting and was told no. Very annoyed with the non existent customer service. Very poor

I ordered a several items on line from New Zealand , which were to be delivered to a UK address. One of the items was missing. I have emailed 3 times and have had no response. Very disappointed with the lack response.

I ordered a letter box afternoon tea for my friends 70th birthday. I named my nominated day (her birthday) April 27th which m&s confirmed but it did not arrive until the next day,Apri 28th the day after her birthday. Obviously all my ordering and payment a week before had been for nothing? Not only that - the box seemed to have been opened at one end and my message wishing her a happy birthday was not included. I have never been so disappointed, upset and angry. I haven’t even had an apology from M&S. I shall never order anything to be delivered from m&s again.

Got a box of chocolates today from a friend who had ordered them only line with a best before date with only 2 weeks to go. Shocking mist chocolates I buy last up to a year. Do not buy for anyone. Cannot take back as online order

I am very disappointed with you, I ordered a sofa bed and when I placed the order I was told a week and 8 weeks passed and I did not receive one, I have guests in the house and I have nowhere to sleep! Until the sofa comes, the guests will leave! If I could, I wouldn't give a star

I ordered an afternoon tea two weeks ago for our friends diamond wedding anniversary . Had an email this morning to say it was on its way ! Great,excited ! Then tracked my order and DHL have cancelled delivery until next working day which is Monday - two days after the anniversary . Not M and S fault but DHL s fault . So angry and upset . M and S have refunded and the delivery will still go ahead on Monday but then the anniversary is over . Now to ring our friends and tell them or they will think we have forgotten them . Rubbish courier service from DHL !

I am a regular customer of Marks and Spencers in Gurgaon. I ordered online from them for the first time. They have the worst delivery services. I am still waiting for the drlivery after 11 days. They have worst customer care. I call them and it takes almost 10 min of waiting before they take the call. After that they ask for 48 hours to solve the problem. And then nobody bothers. They dont even raise the complaint ticket. Its a kind of fraud that they do aftet taking payment online. I would never recommend people to deal with them online.

Purchased Vegetable Chow Mein. Bland and very tasteless was not worth buying, was embarrassed to serve it. Also bought Crispy Battered Chilli Beef, cooked as instructed then poured chilli sauce over for the last few minutes. Just like eating soggy cardboard. Absolute waste of money I think these should be removed from your repertoire, I think we should expect much, much better. Awful.

I ordered some flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day. I ordered them two weeks before. They never arrived. I contacted customer service and they were useless. They provided no apology. They asked for my feedback which wasn’t very complementary and they refused to publish it. I am sick and tired of the lack of customer service, Covid should no longer be an excuse. I won’t ordered anything else Telford them. I am beyond angry

Poor customer service on line. No help to change the date of a flower delivery due to a change of circumstance. Just 'it's policy we can't change it' It was 5 days away so I'm sure the flowers were not packed. Will not be using the online delivery service again.

What on earth has happened to M&S food 😳 the food has disapproved so much, it was horrendous. It has always been the only pre made food that we bought. I haven't been food shopping in M&S Mary St in Dublin since before Covid hit. My first time in the City shopping in over two years and I decided that we would treat ourselves and buy our favourite dinners that we always bought from M&S for our Saturday night family dinner. To say we were dissaponted with the food is an understatement. The beef pie lacked flavour, my daughters had the "best ever Lasagna" and it was so bland and to top it off the triple chocolate cheesecakes filling was only slightly bigger than the biscuit base and again tasteless. I have to say I'm more than disappointed. We have always loved M&S food But not anymore, after this batch and the Price of it I won't be purchasing again.
