“Great customer service in store, very helpful management and staff at the tills. They helped me order a pair of shoes that were not in stock in store even though there was self service desks nearby they were more then happy to do it for me. Thanks to the Cambridge branch there are some employees there I hope you value.”

“Order some outfits which were a perfect fit and very well made, click and collect made very good by the fact i could collect at a time that fits my life. Also i have a friend that need gluten free food and the selection is very good and was very happy to find a lovely and great tasting birthday cake that was gluten free and you would not have been able to tell. Great products very easy to shop , not the cheapest but some time it pays to spend a little more to get the quality.”

“I have always admired M&S and shop there every time I visit the UK from my home in Switzerland. I was there just last week and had to return two bras as they were the wrong size (my fault). Even though I no longer had the receipt the lady in Customer Service reimbursed me which I greatly appreciated. All M&S clothes are of great quality and the food superb. I have nothing but praise for the staff at the Kensington High Street branch. Almost makes me want to move back to the UK!”
