“Items always received promptly. Always in perfect condition. This company goes that extra mile for customers who are disabled and cannot get to a store. Photographs and descriptions are always impeccable, making choices very easy, almost like real shopping. LOL”

“Good website. Pictures of items are of good quality so you can be sure of thier standards. Easy to collect various items in shopping bag & keep track of what your buying. Items are neatly wrapped and delivered within the stated time. Also their return service is second to none. No complaints with Marks and Spencer on line shopping.”

“I aloways find the staff in the Leeds Moortown branch very helpful , friendly and cheerful. as a blind man they will always go out of their way to assist in finding things for me. I like the customer care you would expect form a family run general store which is really friendly and unusual to find in a supermarket.”
