“The goods were as ordered and delivered in good condition. Only comment would be that I had no notification of delivery date. I was on my way out when delivered.”

Hi Kevin, Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad you're happy with your products and the service overall. We have been made aware of some of our couriers not sending tracking updates, so we have now taken this out of their hands and built our own systems. As of this morning we have launched our own tracking services and all orders placed after 7am this morning are guaranteed to received both an SMS and email. I appreciate this doesn't help you directly, but we are listening and responding to our customers as quickly as we can. Thanks again, Jake

“We bought a small bathroom cabinet. Finish - good. Final installation instructions i.e. handle fitting minimal and for a non-practical person such as myself not adequate.”

“The ordering process was quick and easy, but after receiving a confirmation email I heard nothing further until a courier card was left to say that they tried to deliver the item. After contacting the courier company i then re-arranged another date but they couldn't give me a time. I don't understand why these companies expect customers to wait in all day. On a positive note the courier called me when he was at my address for the third attempt to deliver and he did wait for me to get to my address.”

“Ordering was easy and I was able to check out with PayPal, I received an email confirming my order but I didn't receive any other corresponce re delivery. But as soon as I emailed you I received a quick reply with confirmation that my neighbour had taken receipt of my delivery. I did mention that no card had been left to let me know. Item was very well packed and was as described.”

“Ordering to delivery was very good. Delivered when said. Taps were very nice quality for the price but very disappointed with the quality of the shower attachment. It's made of light plastic and I will definitely need to go out and get a different one. Good company to use and would use again.”
