The drawers were not as deep as they seemed , and it would be nice if it had casters so it could be moved for cleaning. However I am pleased with it.

No fault of Matalan and they processed the returm promptly, efficiently and with a courteous, helpful attitude. Refund arrived in my account the day after the toilet was collected. “Very pleased with the matress, but what brought me to your website was te 2-4 day delivery of the matress, it then took 2 weeks to arrive which meant I had to take a further day off work. I asked why it the timeline wasn't met and was told via email, that it was only a guide line and not definite. My option would be not to state this if you can't meet the time frame, this was the only reason I went to your website and picked a matress that could be delivered in time with me being off work”

“Its a shame because I am very pleased with the goods but the delivery was rubbish. They only deliver to my area once a week. They rang me Thursday for a delivery the following Monday, which was too short notice for me so I had to wait a further week.......not good at all.”
