“Brilliant for the money, it was delivered when they said it would be, easy to put together and install (usual niggling leaks that require some fiddling to stop, but I have found this with most toilets). Overall no complaints.”
“Although the picture on the website was shocking and not at all anything like the product i was buying, luckily i had seen this product in a shop previously. I would never have bought it based on the photos on-line on Matalan direct. What i can say though is that after a google search, it lead me to this website, where i found this product, not only available to buy, but it was also half price! I wasn't aware of Matalan direct selling these sort of things before!
So after checking the product numbers to make sure it is what i wanted, i ordered it, with no issues, waited for it to arrive and although given a time slot of 9-12, it turned up at 12.15.....besides this it arrived as promised and packaged well and looks amazing up on the wall.
I would definitely buy from Matalan direct again, but i think their product descriptions / photos could do with improving, although others seemed to be better than what i was buying, but thanks to google i got myself what i wanted and at half price!
So far all the people that have seen my all singing all dancing bathroom mirror are in awe and want one for themselves!

“The only problem is that the razor socket is inside the cupboard. I use this for an electric toothbrush so it is difficult to shut the door when it is on charge.”
“The product is really good and very good value. The delivery men were helpful and pleasant. However the actual process for delivery is poor. Although I should have been able to track it there was no link to where I could login to be able to do so. I received a text to say it would be with me shortly (very ambiguous) so I rang only to be told it would be a few more days. I left instructions on how to find our house explaining that the sat nav would take them elsewhere. The delivery men didn't get them. I explained that I worked in a secure area and couldn't use my mobile (the only number I could give you on your website) - again that wasn't passed on. The delivery people had been trying to phone me all day to say that they would be delivering it a day early. Luckily I arrived home just after they arrived. Your web site led me to believe that I could book a 2 hour slot but that didn't happen. When I phoned I was given a site to log onto to track the delivery but it wasn't the right one. So all in all, a good product, helpful and cheerful delivery men but backed up by an extremely poor delivery process.”
“After the initial hick up of two missing parts within the bath shower screen box, which was resolved by Matalan by instructing the supplier to pick the old delivery and supply a new one. All went well at the end and the product is good for the price we paid.”
“The goods were the cheapest I could find. The shower looks fab but there is a small split in one of the seals so shall be ringing for a replacement. Delivery was a bit hit and miss though, no contact from the currier so had to keep ringing, they said the left voice mails for me, but there wasn't anything on my phone! Did not receive confirmation email or ring me the night before or an hour before delivery as promised. My slot was 10 till 1 pm. Delivery arrived at 1.20 so was anxious. However I would use site again as it did arrive in the end”

“Delivered promptly and well packaged. High gloss finish on bathroom units looks good and will be easy to keep clean. Mostly pre-assembled - which is a bonus these days. Only have to reverse the handles (which are cleverly mounted inside to protect them during transit), and have to add the included extension pieces for the overhanging sink (all pre-drilled so very easy). Overall the units seem quite solid and are good value.”

“I arranged to have a call from the drivers about 30 minutes before they were due at my house, which they did. The delivery men were both very nice, polite and considerate when they brought the very large box into my house.
The cupboard itself looked just like the photo's and is now happily in situ in my new bathroom.”
