“The item was just what I required and the customer services rep refunded the delivery cost as I pointed out Amazon were selling a very similar item for the same price but with free delivery. There were some issues with delivery though. First DPD were delivering the item on a certain date as I received a few emails confirming this. Then I was phoned a couple of times by another company who said they were delivering to me on a different day, all a bit confusing, but it got here and it looks perfect in our bathroom.”

“Taps really good quality , web site ok , delivery ok not as quick as Amazon or E Bay, if I buy again will probably opt to collect in store. Overall I like the site and products offered.”

“It was delivered on the correct day and the driver was very polite and efficient. We were so pleased to find the shower head on your web site as we were finding it very difficult to locate. Service was very good and would strongly recommend this web site to anyone”

Hi Lucinda, Thank you for your feedback. First of all, may we apologise profusely for the failed collection that you’ve experienced. On investigating this issue further, our logistics team have clarified that a collection was booked in by ourselves on the date that you originally specified but unfortunately this was not received with the couriers due to a technical issue. This is not the level of service that we normally provide Lucinda and we really can’t apologise enough for this. We acted as a matter of urgency and manually booked your collection in for you. As confirmed by myself today, your collection is due to take place tomorrow between the hours of 9am and 6pm. We are currently working to rectify our logistics to resolve any collection issues and to ensure that situations such as this are not repeated in future. “I received the towel rack promptly, it was placed in the safe place I had requested, and the item was as described/expected. It is exactly what I wanted and looks good on the bathroom wall. Thanks”

“The vanity basin and concealed cistern toilet unit look great. The gloss units are very smart. The toilet unit was damaged but fortunately the damage was only at an area that once fitted was hidden so we did not make an issue of it. Good customer service at Matalan direct on order and delivery information.”

“Very quick service, hadn't ordered the correct item so were very helpful in advising what we did need. Slightly disappointed that the collection of the incorrect item has to wait 2 weeks and therefore the refund as well. Ordered the correct item, just waiting on delivery now.”
