“Ordered an occasional chair from you and was extremely surprised and pleased at the quality of the product. The delivery service was also very good. “I ordered a king size bed with orthopeadic mattress from matalan direct and it was delivered on the date stated and was well protected. The bed and mattress itself are perfect and so comfortable i cannot find any fault with the product or service at all and would highly recommend to anybody.”

“Very pleased with the coffee table - good quality and great price. The only thing that let's them down is Parcelforce - the order details stated I would be contacted with a delivery date and approx time. I heard nothing from Parcelforce and when I got home from shopping there was a card through the door saying the item was at the Post Ofiice - not even an option to have it redelivered. Heavy item thankfully the very helpful man at th PO helped m to my car - I couldn't have lifted it alone. Not good enough when they charge £15 for delivery.”
