“The lady that took my order over the telephone was very helpful, Although there was a slight 'hiccup' with the delivery, when the goods arrived they were extremely well packed and protected against damage. Fortunately my husband was here and able to assist the driver in unloading. Had I been at home alone I don't know how we would have managed. Although the items have not yet been installed, everything appears to be of excellent quality. The toilet unit and vanity unit were purchased as a package together with the toilet, basin, etc. and therefore feel the brackets required to secure the toilet to the floor should be included. We realised they were missing and have since ordered and received same. I would definitely use Matalan direct again.”
