“Tall free standing bathroom cabinet is extremely good quality and nice looking. There was an error in delivery owing to the cabinet going to the wrong warehouse for delivery but John the advisor telephoned me to inform me that it would not be delivered on the correct day but arranged for it to be delivered the next day Saturday and it arrived at 8.30 am. Beacause the deivery was outside the promised 3 to 5 days for delivery they refunded me the delivery charge. Couldn't have asked for better service and have no hesitation in recommending them. Diane”

“We ordered a pillar tap for a bedroom unit which we had searched for in local plumbers merchants and on the web. We could only find two sites on the web which in stock that which was suitable for our requirement. Matalan Direct was the best priced of these and we ordered it from them on Friday 19 June 2015 and received 'Order Confirmation' from them at 22:01 hrs.
On Monday 22 June 2015 we received a text message at 11:27 hrs to advise us that our order had been despatched by them and that DHL would deliver within two days. DHL sent us a text message at 9:17 hrs stating they would deliver a parcel to us between 11:50 hrs and 12:50 hrs. We received the delivery at 12:15 hrs. Excellent service from all concerned. We will use again!”
