“We bought on line 2 pairs of curtains. By online discussions I was put at ease and lead through the procedure for ordering online, something as a 70yr old I had never done before. Your staff were superb!! Well done Matalan Direct because they also arrived smack on time, letting me know by means of my mobile of the time of arrival...slick!”

“Ordered at the beginning of the year and it was stated a 7 - 10 day delivery. Never came within the stated time and delivery was put to Tuesday 19th Jan when I was going to London for two weeks. Return email was sent to the delivery company saying I was away for two weeks and to make delivery once I was home. Apparently they only deliver on a Tuesday, so hopefully I will receive delivery on 9th Feb”

“I will never shop with matalan again. They dropped the item I ordered by £50 a few days after I ordered but refused to give me the refund. I then found the same item on a competitors website £100 cheaper. The whole experience left a very sour taste.”

“Went to B+Q for product,had to order it probably a week or 2, and diffently not the price like Matlan Direct. There product was 100% precise just like the photo,really pleased with the overall service from start to finish.”

“It came well packaged The drawers were not as deep as they seemed , and it would be nice if it had casters so it could be moved for cleaning. However I am pleased with it. It is an attractive piece of bathroom furniture”

“Ordered a toilet which arrived as promised. Unfortunately, the item did not match the style of my bathroom and had to be returned. No fault of Matalan and they processed the returm promptly, efficiently and with a courteous, helpful attitude. Refund arrived in my account the day after the toilet was collected. Well done, Matalan. Also. well done to the delivery company, Final Mile - kept me informed of delivery and collection times. Great service all round. :)”

“took over three weeks for it to be delivered under able to connect to link on email to comfirm delivery date so missed the first one after 4 phones finally got a delivery date would think twice about another order as it cost £43 for delivery and it took 3 weels to come Alan Masser”
