“Unfortunately I'm not able to review the product as it never arrived due to the poor service of the courier service, Final Mile! I had to cancel in the end as the product still haven't been delivered after 2 weeks despite receiving emails say the product would arrive on a certain day only to then receive another to change it. Matalan need to review their courier services to prevent any further poor feedback from customers. Very disappointing.”
“I'm very pleased with the rug that I ordered, it's much better quality than I expected for the price!
I was promised delivery in 2 to 5 days but in fact in was 10 days which was a bit disappointing. I would use Matalan Direct again.”
