“Unfortunately I'm not able to review the product as it never arrived due to the poor service of the courier service, Final Mile! I had to cancel in the end as the product still haven't been delivered after 2 weeks despite receiving emails say the product would arrive on a certain day only to then receive another to change it. Matalan need to review their courier services to prevent any further poor feedback from customers. Very disappointing.”

“I'm very pleased with the rug that I ordered, it's much better quality than I expected for the price! I was promised delivery in 2 to 5 days but in fact in was 10 days which was a bit disappointing. I would use Matalan Direct again.”

“I had to send my item back as it was not what I order and I was charged £9 you send it back in will never order from you again .it does not say you charge that much you send item back”

“Very slow delivery and as I couldn't log in I couldn't check the progress of the order. I ordered a rug on 12/2 and it wasn't delivered until 24/2. I doubt I'll order again from Matalan direct.”

“Really happy with my 2 rugs. I was a little disappointed that they took over a week to arrive ! In the end I rang customer services - it then arrived the next day ! Otherwise all was well”

“We bought a large rug for our living room and we love it! Having bought and returned two rugs from other companies that just didn't meet our requirements which involved inconvenient collections and returns and disgruntled retail assistants, we were absolutely thrilled with Matalan Direct - the selection of good available was great, the ordering process easy, the delivery on time and as promised and the rug looks amazing!
