“Product as described and good value for money, however, after receiving acknowledgement of order did not hear anything for a week so had to chase it up. Would have been useful to know that the product had been dispatched and when to expect it.”

“Unfortunately I'm not able to review the product as it never arrived due to the poor service of the courier service, Final Mile! I had to cancel in the end as the product still haven't been delivered after 2 weeks despite receiving emails say the product would arrive on a certain day only to then receive another to change it. Matalan need to review their courier services to prevent any further poor feedback from customers. Very disappointing.”

“I'm very pleased with the rug that I ordered, it's much better quality than I expected for the price! I was promised delivery in 2 to 5 days but in fact in was 10 days which was a bit disappointing. I would use Matalan Direct again.”

“Very slow delivery and as I couldn't log in I couldn't check the progress of the order. I ordered a rug on 12/2 and it wasn't delivered until 24/2. I doubt I'll order again from Matalan direct.”
