"I bought 2 suitcases recently and paid for next day delivery as it was my day off work. It didn't come next day. Evri sent me a message to say that the 'Parcels were bigger than expected' to had to be sent via a special courier. Waste of paying for next day delivery really wasn't it! I'm aware that this could be a fault of evris but it was matalan I paid next day delivery to. Maybe they should update their systems so that you cannot pay next day delivery for a larger item"

Takoder menader bi morao izaci i rijesiti reklamaciju uz izvinjenje a umjesto toga osoblje vice na vas.\r\nMatalan reward card beskorisna jer nemate nikakav popust,niti bonus da prilikom kupnje kao u drugim prodajnim centrima dobijete povoljniju cijenu ili bodove koji se pretvaraju u novac.Tako da mislim da se opcenito menadzment Matalana ne brine o svojim potrosacima!\r\nIz svega navedenog ne preporucam nikome kupnju u tom prodajnom objektu!\r\nZdenka Heric dipl.oec."

"I bought some black velvet leggings for \u00a315:00. The leggings themselves are comfortable and fine but look what happened to my toilet seat after using it, when wearing the leggings! Sorry if a photo of a toilet causes offence but better than a thigh shot. I have tried bleach but the stain will not budge."

"Matalan sent me a 20% discount code that included 'Home' items, apart from furniture. I ordered a light online and it wouldn't let me apply the discount code. I complained on Trust Pilot and had a response from Matalan, who said that 'home' items are not included in the discount. WRONG. I have the discount card to prove it. Check your promotions Matalan and then think how you are going to wriggle out of dealing with loads of people who try the codes to buy homewares...\nThis is a con out and out and Matalan should be aware of the terms of their own promotions. Why are they saying that this latest promotion does not include homeware, when clearly is DOES, apart from a very few exclusions, such as furniture...?\nI am not happy with Matalan's response and lack of clarity or fairness on this issue."

"Bought a gold bracelet approx 2 weeks ago.\nI've only worn it a handful of times but the elastic is already fraying and about to break, so I can't wear it anymore unless I can find a way to fix it.\nPoor quality."
