“I am currently renovating a 5 bed house and of all the companies i have used, Matalan direct is the best bathroom supplier (i have tried several). they have very competitive prices, delivery was faster than stated online and they were in touch via email to confirm when the goods would arrive and help me out when i needed some forgotten taps urgently - very pleased with products and service, i will be back!!”

“Items were very well packaged! (lots of very useful insulation now!) All arrived in good order. The only comment was that the delivery was not pre-confirmed & arrived just before I had to leave for work, so luckily caught me for delivery.”

“I gave the wrong delivery address when I placed my order & had a delayed response because of an IT glitch but received an apology very quickly & the item was redelivered as planned. Good communications. Pleased with shower & price too.”

“Speedy delivery, well packed. I have fitted a number of bath screens and this one was as good as any I have handled. Having checked the radius of the curvature before ordering it fitted the curved bath well. When cleaning the glass after assembly I noticed what appeared a small etched area, this turned out to be paint and polished off with hob cleaner. Overall very pleased with the product.”

“great range and super fast delivery, when the items arrived I was really impressed with the quality, and being a bit of a novice at these things of course I ordered the wrong size shower tray , but that was not a problem as the returns policy was great.”

“Ordering my Shower enclosure was a simple act. The website was clear and informative, I telephoned with a couple of questions prior to placing my order and the staff were polite and helpful. The good arrived on time and were carefully packaged. I now have my dream shower at half the price of that some of the major retailers charge. well done Matalan and thank you. Andrew ( Lincs)”
