“I was very pleased with the delivery and service but I ordered the wrong size and did not know how to return them. My own fault .”

If the product is simply not to your taste or doesn't go with the decor or of your room we would be happy to get a collection booked for you and get you a new,more suitable one sent out. “Brilliant value for money, but the delivery lets them down. I waited over 2weeks for my rug to be delivered, which I believe to be way to long. On the plus side though, the delivery guy's were brilliant.”

“The parcel arrived as promised. The quality of the Rug is really very good, I thought the Rug would have been compromised because of the price but I wasn't disappointed! I would certainly buy from Matalan again!”

“Hi, Recently I purchased some items form the burton store, however I did struggle to find a few things. Now we get to why I'm writing this review. A member of staff called Natalie, the young girl with dark hair and very nice eyebrows, went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for, 5/5 stars for her and she should be congratulated on her hard work! :-) Many thanks, Sheila”

“The toilet seat wasnt the same as the picture online, but was still of good quality for the money i paid. Fast delivery but poor communication when contacted, they replied 3days later.”

“I have purchased a table and four chairs from the Genevieve range. They are exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with them. However, when they arrived the boxes were branded as Juliet table and chairs. Having googled this, I was extremely upset to find that Matalan were selling Juliet as Genevieve, but with another company online the Juliet table was £26 cheaper, and each pair of chairs £26 cheaper, meaning that I could have bought the self same set for £78 cheaper from Furniture Joy. I did bring this to the attention of Matslan Direct management, and received a telephone call, but unfortunately no price matching or compromise! The other firm mentioned do a full range of items in this range, so afe definitely worth a look!”
