“WE HAVE COMPLETELY REFURBISHED OUR BUNGALOW AND MATALAN DIRECT ARE THE BEST PEOPLE THAT WE HAVE DEALT WITH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION USING THEM AGAIN ,I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND MATALAN DIRECT TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND RELATIONS. I HAVE GIVEN THEM 5 STARS OUT OF 5. “If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Absolutely faultless Customer Service. Frequent updates on dispatch and delivery and an issue regarding minor damage caused in transit was resolved within hours. I would without doubt use them again. Excellent work - A credit to internet shopping.”

“The installation is not completed yet but the delivery was prompt and well executed, the pricing was very competitive and the purchase process well implemented. My only slight criticism is that there is not of the specifications and dimensions on screen to help with the site preparation. A little more information would have been helpful.”

“Called the customer services before placing my order, and they promptly and clearly answered a couple of questions. My heated towel rail was delivered in just a couple of days, well packaged and undamaged. It was easy to fit, with clear instructions and looks absolutely beautiful in my bathroom.
