“Great product - very sturdy and better than expected.
Great price - as good as the cheapest I found.
Great service - responded to email within 5 minutes.
Great delivery - despatch the next day on an overnight.”
“I recently purchased a white heated towel rail from Matalan Direct and I have to say it was beyond my expectations. It is beautifully finished in a high gloss white which was what I wanted to blend in with my new wet room. I saw this online at Matalan Direct web site, the cost was very reasonable considering the quality of the product, and then to cap it all, it arrived via courier less than thirty six hours after placing the order. I wish all companies were son easy to deal with!”
“Matalan direct supplied a hard to find good quality item at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick and I was kept notified of progress. I would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly use again myself.”
“Nice selection of items, straight forward payment method, Little disappointed with the product. Fast delivery. Very informed with info regards deliver. Overall I would use again (depending on price)”
