We are sorry to hear that your recent order was received with a damaged cistern lid. We have experienced a few technical issues when a IT system was upgraded, .
A replacement was re-ordered on Monday 8th June. This has been confirmed as being packed by our suppliers and due for delivery from Thursday 11th June onwards. I will ensure that the tracking information is forwarded onto you.
