“The vanity basin and concealed cistern toilet unit look great. The gloss units are very smart. The toilet unit was damaged but fortunately the damage was only at an area that once fitted was hidden so we did not make an issue of it.

The customer service department decided a replacement was the best option as it was to a rather remote part of Scotland. After doing a lot of online research Matalan Direct seemed to have a good range at very reasonable prices.
I was a bit skeptical when ordering our shower as I would normally go for a well known brand, but the shower from Matalan Direct is just as good and for a fraction of the price.
Our delivery was unfortunately split in to two - but the customer service agent was very helpful when I rang and in the second half of the order was delivered the following day, so it wasn't too much of an issue.
Good quality products and great prices - I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use Matalan again.”

It is beautifully finished in a high gloss white which was what I wanted to blend in with my new wet room. I saw this online at Matalan Direct web site, the cost was very reasonable considering the quality of the product, and then to cap it all, it arrived via courier less than thirty six hours after placing the order.
