“Pleasantly surprised. After doing a lot of online research Matalan Direct seemed to have a good range at very reasonable prices. I was a bit skeptical when ordering our shower as I would normally go for a well known brand, but the shower from Matalan Direct is just as good and for a fraction of the price. Our delivery was unfortunately split in to two - but the customer service agent was very helpful when I rang and in the second half of the order was delivered the following day, so it wasn't too much of an issue. Good quality products and great prices - I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use Matalan again.”

“Very quick service, hadn't ordered the correct item so were very helpful in advising what we did need. Slightly disappointed that the collection of the incorrect item has to wait 2 weeks and therefore the refund as well. Ordered the correct item, just waiting on delivery now.”

“Items, a sink and tap, arrived less than 48 hours after ordering, extremely safely packed and both absolutely surpassed our expectations in quality and finish. Also had useful technical feedback from their customer service team prior to ordering. Only went to Matalan after a dismal experience with one of their rivals - not saying who but think "plumb" and "world" - and very frustrated that we didn't come across them earlier.”

“I recently purchased a white heated towel rail from Matalan Direct and I have to say it was beyond my expectations. It is beautifully finished in a high gloss white which was what I wanted to blend in with my new wet room. I saw this online at Matalan Direct web site, the cost was very reasonable considering the quality of the product, and then to cap it all, it arrived via courier less than thirty six hours after placing the order. I wish all companies were son easy to deal with!”

“The mirror cabinet I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived very quickly in less time than stated & was packaged extremely well. I don't believe I have ever received an item so well packed. Telephone staff were very helpful & I found the site very easy to use”
