“Hi i was very pleased with the goods i bought from you, the quality was excellent the service was quick, just to let you know amazon were a couple of pounds cheaper, but that was ok, the only other thing i would like to mention is that you did not clarify online whether the parts underneath the taps i bought were included, so i rang you to ask, and i was told they were not, so i ordered them from amazon, when your taps arrived, to my delight, all the bottom parts were with the taps, so i have now got 2 lots of waiste pipes and other things, but i will deffo use you again becouse i was happy with the goods and the service, cheers Salvatore Mangione.”

Some of the taps that we sell do not have the waste included; we aim to have this information available online so that customers are aware of what extras may be needed.
