“Your products are great quality for a great price, all was delivered on time and we then discovered that although it was very well packaged the top of the toilet cistern was damaged we made a quick call sent a picture to you and it was replaced within 2days thank you brilliant service we will use you again.”

“Fantastic service, goods arrived sooner than I thought they would, and the packaging was excellent, just impossible for any delivery company to damage any goods !!! “I finally ordered a small vanity unit for our bedroom and I am so pleased I decided on Matalan Direct. I believe the same item was on other sites at a higher price. The services was so quick and efficient with great information on tracking the delivery. The packaging was also really effective without over doing it with realms of cardboard to dispose of. It is not yet fitted as the plummer comes on Friday but it is solid and attractive, so for the money is really excellent. Look no further if you are buying on line!”

“Great company, good quality products at reasonable prices and fast delivery - if they say they have it in stock, then they do! There was an issue with my delivery, with the item being delivered damaged, I contacted their customer service team and was very impressed with the swift and efficient manner in which they dealt with the matter. I would highly recommend this company and will shop here again myself. Well done - Service is alive and fighting fit!”
