“I sent a couple of queries about the product we were interested in, by email and they were answered by return. The order was placed on line. I was kept informed about the status of my order and it arrived two days after placing the order. Very pleased with the cupboard, it is just what we wanted. Well done Matalan Direct.”

“I ordered sink and toilet unfortunately the cistern of toilet got smashed in transit, contacting Matalan about this was stress free and they got a replacement sent out asap. I am currently in search of more bathroom furniture e.g shower tray and enclosure and I'm sure il be purchasing from Matalan. Thanks.”

“Very quick delivery, also kept upto date on its arrival. I ordered a towel rail, it's strong, sturdy and looks the part. I got my builder to put it up and he asked how much unpaid as it was such good quality ????”
