“The shelving unit I ordered was nice but it was hard to tell from the description if the veneer was real wood or just laminate and turned out to be laminate as it was described as wood. but it's still very nice.”

“Very poor quality when put together. Very light and flimsy. The leg on one of the chairs is also uneven. Also there is a gap in one of table legs. Very disappointed. This table and chairs where fixed together step by step from instructions and the finished results are dissapointing to say the least.”

“I came across matalan direct by accident...had no idea it existed!!! I've been looking for a corner bookcase for sometime soon was delighted when I spotted matalan direct...great price great service easy instructions to build and most importantly looks fab just what I was hoping for. A very solid piece of furniture.”
