Everything with my order was great except that my plastic-free game arrived wrapped in 2 yards of super-thick bubble wrap. Seriously, MM!? Please stop using plastic packaging!

The item is great. What wasn't great was this was a pre-order and I didn't get any type of shipping notification until two weeks AFTER the item was in stock to purchase on the website. In my experience, pre-orders are fulfilled prior to stock being available to the general public. Why else would one pre-order if that wasn't the case?

Our preorders are shipped as soon as the item is received at the warehouse as long as we are on or past the release date. If an item is past release date, we ship the order out as soon as possible with all other orders for that item in the system. Good experience with the company, but Ark Nova Map Pack 2 was shipped in a large padded envelope. USPS crammed it into my mailbox, so the product is all bent up. Should have been shipped in something un-crammable or via UPS, etc. Perhaps I should have chosen a different shipping method, but I didn’t realize how weak the packaging is.

The product came as described. The box and packaging that it came in were not high quality, and it was not well packaged. Thankfully the item was not damaged.

This would be easier to paint if it came apart instead of assembled. For the size it's not bad. Though Wizkids is not know to have great models.

I would usually have such nice things to say about Mini Market, I have had many good experiences, but this time I was a little disappointed. I order next day shipping on Thursday, and it did not go out the next day so they did not arrive by the time I needed it.

First off let me make it clear I got all my items in great condition. The items did come much later but I got the items on preorder so its really not Miniature Markets fault. What sucked about the service was trying to call the suport team. I called on multiple days, multiple times to just ask when they thought the delayed items might come in. No one would pick up the phone and it would always go to a answering machine. My wife even left some messages and no one called us back... (Mind you I was one of the backers for what I ordered and it never showed up, when I found out MM had it I bought it via them. So really I was worried if the item even like... existed!) Now maybe they get tons of calls and cant get to back to everyone, but I thought it was poor customer service and makes me feel like if I really did have a problem with an item I would be hard pressed to ever get ahold of anyone who would want to help me or care that I had a problem at all. On that same note of showing they care. My pre order came late, not MMs fault but I got no little note in my box of things that said "sorry we could not got this to you sooner, hope you come back and buy again", no little extra pack of dice, miniture or cards that they may have to many of and wanted to pawn off just as a thank you for spending a bunch money here. Really the three star for "Acceptable" really sums up my buy from MM. Again I want to make it clear that I got EVERYTHING I ordered in great condition and being late to send was not MMs fault. I may buy again from MM and would not warn anyone to stay away from them but I DO think they could be a little more people pleasing.

Boxes came in great condition, however, they were the BS/FS boxes. I wish sites were more up front about athe packs in the boxes so you do not havve to buy to find out, but I understand it is a business and that is why I gave a 3 and not a 1.

Amazing site for deals! Great selections too. Website could use some upgrades like if you put something in you’re cart it locks it in for 15 minutes or so, that way you can keep shopping. I’ve had items sell out while I was checking out and that just isn’t a great system if it’s letting you down like that.
