Wish this box of Lorcana was closer to MSRP. But it shipped fast and arrived in good condition.

The phone support for customer service was very difficult to reach. Whenever it was called it said they were too busy too pick up. So I had to wait for a response a week later from an email which was concerning since it was a time sensitive request. However they did ultimately respond and issued a credit on the shipping so it worked out in the end. The process was still rather stressful though and hopefully their response times improves outside of the holidays. I am also still waiting for another order that has not been shipped for about a week. The products appear to be at least be delivered but they have slowed down significantly.

Most of my order was correct, however the ward preceptor i purchased was actually an assault preceptor in the box. I got with parabellum, and they are sending me a replacement. Other than that, great so far!

This game was just ok. I normally love press your luck dice games, but this didn't do it for me. It felt overly complicated, almost like it was trying too hard. I also didn't care for the fact that a player could be eliminated for the remainder of the game.

Order took a while to initiate shipping. I got no timely response from customer service UNTIL the items actually shipped. I was about to cancel the order because it took so long and I got no reply from customer service. If you’re okay with a long wait and no feedback it’s okay. Tried email and voicemail for customer service. Neither were useful at all. They May as well not even provide a VM or email, as they do t appear to look at them until it doesn’t matter any more.

The game box arrived dented. It was only one game and still had a big dent. Luckily only the punchboards inside the box were damaged.

Fantastic shipping quality, but very slow. In stock items can cause frustration in lack of availability or significant delays on preorders.

they have only about 70% of what you need. They offer a lot of great deals, but if you already own a portion of an Army list, many times the limited selection means you can't get value for the coupons.

Usually great, but it seems like the revered Asmodee 'Customer Service' has purveyed into it's brick and mortar operations. Made a return 2 weeks ago. Havent heard anything. Havent been credited. Not sure whats up. *edit; they rectified the situation.

I love the look of this game. It plays really well once you understand all the instructions, which could have been written way better honestly. It is a heavy thinking game, so best with lower player counts, so as long as that is your jam, then enjoy.

Once upon a time, Miniature Market was a great place to shop for your favorite board games. They would Price Match competitors. Customer Service was fantastic. All that ended. And for some reason, I keep coming back.

Great selection, good prices. Customer Service leaves me wanting more. The website is not very clear on processing and shipping orders once your hold is released. Lately, when I make inquiries, I don't hear back. It's more like a wait-and-see situations. I've yet to have an order not show up, I just wish communication was better.

Great site and prices, but shipping times could be better. Sometimes I wait for my order to ship out after a week of waiting. I'm not talking about how long it takes for the carrier to ship to me, I'm talking about how long it takes Minimarket customer service to pack up the order and send it to the carrier. This time window can take up to a full week sometimes (without warning).
