I haven't had the opportunity to use the service as of yet and I hope I never have to but the service and equipment up to this point has been excellent. I consider it to be another bit of insurance now that I am getting older and live alone.

I have been thinking about getting something for myself since I have been having trouble with my left leg and have been falling since I an a widow I do not have help with anyone, Your staff member Art was very helpful .

My tenant is very precious to me. She is 100 going on 50. She is with it, smart, mobile and the nicest person I know. I wanted her to have the best emergency system money could buy. When I spoke with Alfonzo Wilkins from Mobile Help I felt as if God directed me. He listened, he cared, He knew his product and he did not push or try to close the deal. He referred to Eva by name and seemed to meet her every need. We will receive the Mobile Help package this week. I feel safe leaving Eva's Life somewhat in their hands. I pray God that my Christmas present to Eva is also a Christmas present to me and to everyone who knows her. Don't just take my word for this, call their 1 800 number and see for yourself. Alfonzo Wilkins was over the top. He knew his product, and did not have to oversell. He was smart, patient, kind, and caring. All these qualities in one person. Jan was also lovely.

I had some questions when I first tested my equipment so I called for assistance and I spoke with a pleasant, helpful technician who answered all my questions. I am expecting a good relationship with with MobileHelp.

Everything about the system we used worked well. The only problem was that we only need the alerts when my 96 year old mother travels to visit us from (far) out of town, which is only once or twice a year. At home she has round-the-clock care, so we need a system that we use, but only pay for the time we need it. Monthly rental would work. I would happily pay for a full month from time to time, but not for a year when I only need the system a week or so a year.

Customer support was great. Have not needed to use it yet, but it gives me a higher level of comfort to leave my husband by himself for short periods.

Mobile Help has a helpful website. I was able to learn a lot by reading about the products on the website. I was also able to place my order on the website. I also called Customer Service with questions. The people in Customer Service understand the products, and answered all of my questions.

I feel safer now that I have this system with the detect a fall button, I have tested it several times and it works fine. I do have a small problem--when sleeping, if I turn over in bed, the fall button goes off! Also, if zI bump anything it will go off! I wear it to bed & have not taken it off--so if there is any advice you could give me to stop these false alarms, it would be greatly appreciated. I am satisfied with this product. Thank you for your help.

Everyone with whom I have dealt has been very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we have tested the equipment, or accidentally activated it, the response time has been very favorable and the operator has followed the procedure we have established. At this point, we are very pleased with MobileHelp.

So far so good. I've not had a problem, and with the mobile alert button and bracelet I feel secure. If I need medical asst, it's only a "click" away.
