“Everything about the system we used worked well. The only problem was that we only need the alerts when my 96 year old mother travels to visit us from (far) out of town, which is only once or twice a year. At home she has round-the-clock care, so we need a system that we use, but only pay for the time we need it. Monthly rental would work. I would happily pay for a full month from time to time, but not for a year when I only need the system a week or so a year.”

“Mobile Help has a helpful website. I was able to learn a lot by reading about the products on the website. I was also able to place my order on the website. I also called Customer Service with questions. The people in Customer Service understand the products, and answered all of my questions.”

“I feel safer now that I have this system with the detect a fall button, I have tested it several times and it works fine. I do have a small problem--when sleeping, if I turn over in bed, the fall button goes off! Also, if zI bump anything it will go off! I wear it to bed & have not taken it off--so if there is any advice you could give me to stop these false alarms, it would be greatly appreciated. I am satisfied with this product. Thank you for your help.”

“Everyone with whom I have dealt has been very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we have tested the equipment, or accidentally activated it, the response time has been very favorable and the operator has followed the procedure we have established. At this point, we are very pleased with MobileHelp.”
