I haven't fell yet . But i have the help I need know .And the people I have talked to are very caring and sweet and very nice to talk to . So I would give every one needing help from falling or else go to mobile help.

Both knees have been replaced. When I fall I can not get up. I fell in the basement on the cement, and was not hurt but could not get up. No one was supposed to come here until 3: I fell at one. Just by chance, my son stopped in and got me up about one hour after I fell. I ordered the MobileHelp the next day. I feel more safe now, and I am very happy with it. I paid cash and got a wonderful discount. The neck piece is small and comfortable and they gave me a watch to wear at night. I am so happy with MovileHelp. They answer all my questions. I am so much more at ease when I am wearing my pendent.

I think it's a very good system, the only thing negative, is my Wife isn't using it, like she should so that's the only problem. I keep trying to tell her wear either the watch or the lanyard but it sits on the table.

Are you the company that John Walsh recommends? If you are my review is your device is to large for a small person? It is always swinging around my neck and chocking me very unconfortable. I am a very short person and complain all the time about this, but my Daughter say its the best out their, but not to me it isn't. If your product was smaller I would be very happy with it.

I have been waiting for papers to come for Mary to sign. She does not have a computer. I have ask for them weeks ago and still have not gotten them or the device.

Thank heavens I have and how do use it as an emergency. I’ve had a couple of oops is where they called and checked on me and they did that quickly. What I don’t like is then giving a review to my list of people every time my device gets low like I can’t see it myself.

I had thought about getting some sort of personal security devise because I spend a lot of time alone. But when I read the ad in the AMAC magazine, and made a phone call to Mobile Help, I decided on getting it. My daughter has said that they feel much better about me driving all over town shopping, with MobileHelp giving me the "coverage" that they want for me. Thankfully, I have not had any occasion to use it, yet.

It was so easy to order the equipment and it arrived in 3 days. I have not had to use it yet, but gives me such piece of mind knowing that button is there to push if I fall.
