The process was seamless from start to finish. Customer service was spot on! I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a medical alert system.

I have two from Mobil Help. One for my wife and one for my son. My wife had it first and I've been pleased with the response. I recently purchased one for my son. Hopefully, it gives him comfort and it certainly gives his wife comfort. Mobil Help is a good company.

I FINALY GOT MY MOBILE HELP SOLO SYSTEM SET UP. IT WASN'T EASY BUT PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT WERE REALLY HELPFUL. I FEEL MUCH SAFER NOW AS THAT ANY FALLS CAN BE DETECTED.

The service seems to be very good. The only issue is the Fall Detection alert is more trouble than it's worth. It goes off randomly.... like 4am.

MobileHelp was very good at getting me set up. Yesterday I accidently hit the button for help and they responded immediately. I made sure I was okay. they are great people to work with!

Disappointed in the necklace. You have to also carry another device around with you, because if they speak to you it's on a separate device, not the one with the blue button you carry around your neck.

I really have had no experience for quality of service. I feel MobileHelp gives me the security to get help if and when I need it. As someone without a family, this is important for my safety. That makes me feel confident to be able to live alone rather than have to move to assisted living.

I selected MobileHelp after much research. The sales person I dealt with (Peter) was so much help, explaining several times what the system would do, if necessary. He emphasized the east coast location of the call center where trained agents would receive any signal my equipment sent. I am very pleased so far. I was not pressured to buy. I would recommend this to all m,y friends, who should have this "help button".

I just hooked up my Mom's mobile help device. I must admit it was very easy to do. I am comforted to know my 90y/o mother has this for emergencies. I can rate the hook up as a 5.

Thank goodness I haven't had to use my device since receiving it 2 weeks ago. However. whenever I call for information, or if I set off the device accidentally, each person I have spoken to has been very helpful and kind.

Mobile help has taken the fear of living alone away..l still work but no set shifts so if my friends and family called and l didn't answer they would think l was at work..now l know l could get help ..thank you
