2ND REPORT::::Horribly long phone waits... SOMETIMES an hr. NOT HOLDING A CHG...W H Y? AND EVERYONE TELLS ME A DIFFERENT STORY AS TO CHARGE AND 1SR REPORT. The greatest help from Andrae. I was ready to return eq. As previous calls went unanswered He was so knowledgeable and is helping me resolve an issue. He also gave me better info than I had received. Also sent me an email so I could register HOWEVER YOUR FORM WOULD NOT LET ME ENTER MY CORRECT INFO. I'M THINKING THE SALESMAN MAY HAVE ENTERED IT SO I WILL BE CALLING TO CORRECT IT. BUT THIS MAN WAS SO WONDERFUL YOU GOT 5 STARS AND BEFORE I CALLED YOU WERE AT 1. THE REASON BEING GYOUR PHONE SERVICE KEPT COMING BACK TO THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. ENTER 1 OR 2 IF YOU ARE EXISTING CUSTOMER, ETC. 1.5 HRS OF BRING CONSTANTLY ON HOLD N THEN BACK AT THE BEGINNING. FRUSTRATION !!!!

I have piece of mind knowing my dad will get the help he needed in time of emergency. I have called other company and decided on Mobile Help . John walked me through the services , answer all my question and not pressuring me signing up right away. The other company are pushy which is a turn off for me.

This has been great for my Dad who wants to be independent and live by himself ! I live 3 hours away and it gives me a relief knowing someone is monitoring him !! Thank You Don Winn

Tera who stopped buy and showed us your product was great. Explained every thing. I would suggest you have a family member with you when she explains the product. No pressure. Just great.

This is the first time I have ever used a medical alert necklace so I have nothing to compare it to. But I have found the necklaces easy to wear a little sensitive but that's okay better safe than sorry so I do recommend them yes

Was Absolutely correct to hold the button down to cancel the call for six seconds, not the two seconds that they recommend. You need to inform your operators to this as well

I ordered this system for my mother who has had some medical issues. This system gives me piece of mind as she is continuing to live on her own. Costumer Service was quick to answer my questions and encouraged me to call if additional questions arise. Thanks, Susan Kilz

I think it is very good except I wish it would hold a charge longer. I also wish it would show when you need to charge it.

My mother had it for a week but didn't like it so I called customer service. The man was nice and gave me the address so I could return the items. About a week later and after paying almost $20 to mail and insure it (I was told to insure it for $650) I received a return mailing label. It bothered me that I was told I had to pay for the mailing when I didn't have to. I did call customer service only to be told that they couldn't do anything about it.

So far so good. The fall button is extremely sensitive therefore I’ve had several false alarms. I’m hoping this won’t happen very often.

With Mom & Dad over an hour away from their children, and having out-lived almost all of their friends/help in the area, the time had arrived for another alternative to keep a watchful eye. Having used a similar service many years ago for another parent, our review of current solutions led the family to MobileHelp. Highly rated and easy to contact, the people we spoke to from the beginning were caring. Bottom line, within a day, the equipment needed had arrived and was set up. I like the concept of this product I like the equipment but when I first ordered it for my mother I wanted to test the product only problem I have the response was too too slow the operative was always busy if there was emergency what would happen the operator will be too busy to respond they to resolve this problem

We only participated for 3 weeks. We had 3 false alarms in 3 weeks. It seemed to me there was little or no screening of participants and minimal training. That resulted in people participating who were not well prepared and vulnerable to make mistakes.
