“The first night I had it, it said I fell when I didn't 3 times. I got the cord shortened and it has been much better. I fell once and it was being charged. Thank goodness I wan't hurt. I never go any place without it and the GPS. I fell very safe with it on.”

“The 5 star rating is because it was very easy to set up. We have not had it long enough to know how the service responds to a fall or a push of the button.”

“Within a month of having gotten the system for my mom, she felt in her living room. Within minutes the paramedics were at her door, were able to come in and take her to the hospital. This could have easily been a tragedy! But thanks to MobileHelp it was avoided!!!”
