“We received the package with the watch/mobile device, base and fall button. It was easy to set up and easy to test. When my grandson pushed the button and it called MobileHelp, they were gracious about it being a mistake. We have tested it a couple of times, and it works every time. It's a comfort knowing that it uses cellular technology and not just GPS in case I am at my daughter's house in another state.”

“I've only had my equipment for a short time but found it easy to set up and the questions I had after reading the Manual were all answered in a timely and courteous manner by the Customer Service Department. I find the Wrist Band to be very comfortable for bedtime. Thanks for a fine product.”
