“We have just gotten Mobile Help. It has given me great peace of mind, knowing that my husband can get help whenever I am away from home. He has fallen several times in the last year and the services of MobileHelp are invaluable. It will also allow me to travel knowing he is able to get help quickly when/if necessary. The cost is so much less than other providers of this type of service yet we get the same value. Can't recommend it strongly enough.”

“I have recently added a mobile help device to my life. I am alone and to fall or suffer a medical emergency, I have no one to look to for help. Having my mobile help device gives me so much peace of mind. I can live my life and do anything I want, ANYWHERE I want and the device keeps me connected to immediate help should I ever need it. “Everyone was very helpful and did all they could to make this experience for my om a good one. Unfortunately her home is in a dead spot for connecting service. It was very disappointing for us buy I had nothing to do with the product or service”

“I am a new user - have had it for about 2 months. I am pretty satisfied with it so far. I have the all in one pendant which is nice and small. You can speak into it. Has fall detection which can be canceled if it's in error. Charges very quickly and lets you know when the charge is running low.”

“We have had Life Alert, MobileHelp, for 4 weeks and are happy that we chose this system. So far, knock on wood we haven't had an emergency, but I know they will answer if I push the button. Several times MobileHelp has called us to see if we have called them, but I tell them "No Emergency". They politely tell me they are glad of no emergency, so I am confident they will respond when I actually need the help.”

“My mom was very reluctant to get any equipment that she had to put on her neck for she can no longer reach above her head. However, she has figured out that she can spin the connector to the front and is able, still with difficulty for her hands shake and her eyesight is failing, but she will finally get the lanyard fastened. I would suggest a magnetic clasp that connects more easily as the two ends start to come together.”

“Got this for my 90 yr old dad after my mom passed away who still lives alone completely independent. Gave us (and him) peace of mind now that he lives alone. Had to use it a couple of times, the respose from the emergency responders was always fabulous”
