“My dad accidentally triggered his fall detection while getting settled in bed but couldn’t hear the phone ringing to check on him. They contacted 911 and was dispatched. He happened to see the flashing lights and went to see what was going on. They checked on him and he reassured them he was ok. They said it was ok, we all at least knows it works. He has since recommended it to my aunt. I feel very assured he will be taken care of quickly in the case of a real emergency.”

“Not much to say. I have not had to use it, and hopefully I won't. The service and help over the telephone was really good. Nice to talk to people that know what they are doing. I have to get a band made for the watch I have a large wrist. That works better for me than the pendent.”

“I found my initial contact with the MobileHelp sales rep to be very informative with no sales pressure. Upon purchasing the in home & GPS systems, everything that was presented was accurate: no surprises. The prices were better than I expected ! The after sales technical support has been EXCELLENT !
