Customer Service very helpful and knowledgeable. Needed information about obtaining a different band for my Smart and was provided all I needed.

I haven’t used the emergency service yet but I am very happy with the phone service I have gotten with help in setting everything up. I have just switched from Life Alert which was three times more expensive and required a three year contract, which was not made clear to me when I signed up. I like all the components of MobileHelp much better. They are easier to wear or carry and the base unit has the date, time and temperature displayed which I find very useful.

Customer service/sales were very informative and patient in my questions over a period of a couple of days while researching, before ordering. Delivery was prompt, less than a week. Installation literally takes 1 minute., you open the box and plug it into an electrical outlet. No phone jack needed. We chose the watchband option. Put on the band, plug in the base - which is essentially an answering machine type device- then Push a button and wait until it all connects. One minute! We tested it first with just the connection tester. Later we pressed the button and spoke to an operator who was both kind and efficient. Absolutely nothing tricky, complicated or fancy. Exactly what we expected and paid for.

I recommend using MobileHelp alert system. The sales / customer service team was very helpful. The product options were explained clearly, and my questions were answered without hesitation. Also the product setup was quick and easy.

I found both 'sales' assistants to be fully informed and very helpful and courteous, taking as much time as I needed to ask my questions before committing to signing up with their products and services. Once ordered the kit came quickly -- follow-up contact (auto recording by phone) was made by the company to me to ensure that the kit had arrived. The customer for whom the service was intended then passed away before the Mobile Help could begin, and so far there has been no problem in returning the items for a full refund -- They even informed me when they received the Return. I expect the refund to be reflected in my next bank statement....

I am so much happier since I've gotten the Mobile Help as now I can go anywhere and know that I am still able to get the help I need if I need it as before when I had a different one, I could only go about 2 football fields away and that was the extent of it.

Ordered mobile help person that I talked with and a lot of information and we talked quite a while and I received all of the equipment in a short time and it was easy to set up

I called 4 other medical alert companies. None of the representatives asked any questions about my husband's state of health - only MobileHelp. The high consumer rating and competitive pricing also influenced our decision. I had quite a few questions and everyone has been very helpful. Also, my husband accidentally sent the alarm off without realizing it and the EMTs arrived and found the key and all 4 of us on the alert list were notified. The system worked!

I received the unit about 2 weeks ago. Set up was very easy. When I tested it for the first time, a call was made to the center just as if it were an emergency. The staff member was very polite and professional. It assured me that I am in good hands!

We've had no emergencies, thank goodness. But, mom has occasionally activated the system and was encouraged by the friendly voice asking her if she was okay. Mobile help has given all of us peace of mind which is priceless. Very easy set up too.

I was doing some exercise in my basement being VERY active, jumping around, etc. and the alarm went off - the system had detected a fall. I had not actually fallen but I was very relieved that the system sensed a potential fall. I left Lifeline because they did not pick up 2 actual falls so it is very reassuring that this system really works.

I turned three people into Mobile Help so they could take advantage of this life saving device. It is inexpensive, and people would have piece of mind knowing they are protected in the Iowa winters we have here.
