“I am so pleased with MobileHelp; my husband has processing issues and falls often; he accidently set off the fall detection several times the first week; the response was immediate, professional and extremely kind; he was not always able to push the bottom to cancel the call. I am so extremely pleased with this device; it gives me much peace and can do simple errands with feeling panic the short time I am gone. THANK YOU SO MUCH.”

“I ordered the MobileHelp Duo about a month ago. I am very happy with it and with customer service. I did have a problem with the fall detector in that it kept signalling a fall when i was just sitting at the kitchen table just reading something and also when I was sitting at my computer. When I contacted customer service the sent me a new one which was slightly different design than my first one. The first one had just a single loop in the top center of the device which the lanyard attached to it, the new one had a smaller lanyard which was attached to the top 2 sides of the device which prevents it from swinging as much as the first one. I like the new one much better and non more false alerts. I am very happy with the whole system now and with the great customer service.”

“So far I am very pleased with MobileHelp. Everything that I was told on the phone when I ways considering them came true. We have had a couple of incidents where they were contacted. The necklace thought my mother had fallen, but she hadn't. But the important thing is the process was good and they made the appreciate contacts in a very reasonable amount of time. So far I have no complaints.”

“was seeking a monitoring company for my safety at home, on the move and elsewhere and your company has the plan I needed. I have problems with walking, standing and sometimes sitting, after three spinal fusions I need help in event I were to fall, it is hard almost impossible to get back up, so I can push a button and helps there”

“in a panic trying to set up an in home affordable monitoring system for my parents, the customer service and tec support staff were great. ordering was so simple and easy, I was made to feel at ease through the hole process. after unit arrived and was installed I had to call for some assistance and it could not have gone better.”
