“Everything arrived quickly and has worked well. The necklace is light and easy to wear. The microphone is small and easy to keep in its leather case in my purse. I'm sure, if I ever need it, you'll be there to take care of me.”

“I searched for days looking for the best company, reading hundreds of reviews. The Better Business Bureau reviews convinced me to go with MobileHelp. I talked to several of their employees and all were very professional. Unfortunately, I could get no signal because they are with AT&T, which no one uses in my area, and had to sadly return.”

“My family would be lost if my Mother didn't have Mobile Help! She is 90 years young almost 91! Still very independent. It gives us a piece of mind, that if anything was to happen she would have help immediately! The whole team of Mobile Help are wonderful to sells to customer service are! Thank you for that.. one love”

“I have been a member for about 2 weeks and I have found that Mobile Help is very prompt on returning a call or checking to see if you are O.k. I tripped my alarm and did know that I had so I did not call them and shortly they were at the door, and in one case entered the house. I am very satisfied with MobileHelp.”

“My adult son is a one leg amputee and a cast on the other and he was in bed and the pendant fell on the floor and it works right away , where they called and asked him if he fell. He was very impressed and so am I thank you.”

“Best decision I ever made for my Mother in law. She feels so much more safe with the unit. She loves the fact that she has the mobile unit with GPS when she leaves the house and it also gives my Husband and I a bit of relief as well knowing she has the Mobile Help. When we had a false alarm we got an instant call from the call center. It was an easy set up within minutes. Again best decision I ever made.”

“I researched many companies prior to picking a company. I wanted the best for the money that provides the best service. I picked MobileHelp because of the equipment, the reputation, service provided and price. This company was tops in all categories. Since receiving the equipment and setting it up with their assistance I have been very pleased. Anyone who picks this company will be equally as satisfied as me, I am sure.”

“This is such a peace-of-mind thing for me and my 3 sisters. Mom and Dad are living in their own home still, but Mom has multiple problems and a very rare brain disease. Dad takes care of her, but he's 87 and getting old. My sisters and I feel so much better about them having Mobile Help now - knowing that assistance is a button push away. Thanks for helping us in this really difficult period of our lives. It's tough to watch your parents decline, but at least we know they are safer now.”

“Excellent customer service and a very fair monthly rate for the service. Many additional options like fall prevention and GPS. Importantly, it is FCC approved. My 92 year old Mom, who lives independently, feels comfortable wearing the waterproof pendant because it is very light around her neck, so she never takes it off. Other device we tried was too heavy and bulky so she would often not wear it which defeats the purpose. I also like that MobileHelp has an adequate background of medical information on file regarding her health issues, medications and allergies. An extra bonus was the lock box included for a house key so that first responders will be well prepared if ever called. Highly recommend this company for peace of mind for family and the 24-7 safety of a loved one.”
