“Within a month of having gotten the system for my mom, she felt in her living room. Within minutes the paramedics were at her door, were able to come in and take her to the hospital. This could have easily been a tragedy! But thanks to MobileHelp it was avoided!!!”

“PERFECT PRODUCT FOR SENIORS LIKE ME (77), THAT LIVE ALONE. SERVICE AND HELP IS QUICK AND FAST. THE ENTIRE KIT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. I ADDED THE "FALL" PENDANT. THEY ALSO HAVE KITS FOR EITHER SINGLES, OR COUPLES. I GOT THE SOLO KIT. SUPER EASY TO SET UP. CHECK OUT THE LOCK BOX FOR A KEY SO 1ST RESPONDERS CAN EASILY GET INTO YOUR HOME TO HELP YOU. I CHECKED PRICES ON OTHER UNITS, AND THEY COST MUCH MORE WITH EACH FEATURE COSTING EXTRA.”

“I chose MobileHelp because it provided the same service as the other providers at a much lower cost. We will be KEEPING MobileHelp because after only one week, my elderly aunt fell and EMT's were there within minutes, and I received a call letting me know. VERY happy with them and highly recommend!”

“I only got MobileHelp because my children insisted that I get it because I live alone. Never thought I would need it but last night I stumbled up the stairs leaving the family room. Before I knew it, the base machine was saying “fall detected”. I was amazed. I only had the equipment for 3 weeks. Purchasing Mobil Help was the best thing that I could have done.”

“We received the package with the watch/mobile device, base and fall button. It was easy to set up and easy to test. When my grandson pushed the button and it called MobileHelp, they were gracious about it being a mistake. We have tested it a couple of times, and it works every time. It's a comfort knowing that it uses cellular technology and not just GPS in case I am at my daughter's house in another state.”
