“My father loves this as he loves to move about all over town. More importantly I love knowing that if something happens he has the security with him all the time wherever he goes. I find it hard to believe that anyone would ignore safety.”

“Thus far, the operation of my (second) MobileHelp Smart Watch has been very satisfactory and comforting. The first watch had an issue in that it did not report GPS location, It was replaced immediately after a few simple tests to assure the issue. At the request of Tech Support upon setting up the replacement watch, I was asked to to send a Help alert. When the Alert Monitor representative responded, I explained the situation. He immediately told me that I was located at my home address. I now have the confidence that I can travel anywhere I wish throughout the country, knowing I can receive help within a matter of minutes regardless of my location.”

“link to life was suggested by my dr. as I live alone, I contacted about 20 different companies I had ordered on but was not happy with the customer service so sent it back and contacted Mobile help and the service was great, helped me with many questions and am very satisfied so far.”

“The people I worked with to order the items were very helpful. However, I feel the need for a tutorial as part of this process. I'm still not sure how everything works! I will call the number in your email for help in that area.”
