“Mobile help has relieved stress on my family as they know I can get help if I need it. Whether medical or a fall. It has reassured my siblings, dgt, neices, & nephews as I have had alot of health problems this year and had falls before I got these 2 devices. I am in physical therapy due to my health issues these last 4 months. I recommend it to anyone if they are in poor health, alone at time, weakness and falls. I recommend these due to the mobile help just not your home where you live!”

“This is a really good system. The call center seems responsive. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it would be nice if the necklace and/watch didn't require a separate box in order to be used outside of the home. To be fair, I don't think that any of the monitoring systems have this technology yet.”

“After the death of my husband, I am alone. I fell one morning when getting out of bed. I've ha 3 back surgeries and 2knee replacements. It took me 6 hours and a great deal of pain to finally get up. That's when I decided that I needed a "companion". Mobile help is affordable in comparison to other systems and after doing the initial tests, I realized that is easy to use, works quickly and very reliable. Thank you MobileHelp for my new peace of mind.”

“I have not had my MobileHelp equipment long enough to give much of a reviewl However so far I have found the customer service to be above and beyond others that I have checked. Ask me again in a few months and I will be able to give a more complete review.”

“I guess I'm too active for the pendent it has gone off four times, if I was falling that is good. Decided to cancel it, but I'm keeping my wrist band. People at Customer Support and especially Michael in Technical help was wonderful and very patient and kind.”

“It has been a relief to our family that our mother finally said yes to wearing a necklace and or the "watch". As her children, it is amazing for our piece of mind. Not wanting to prod or take her dignity of aging away it took some encouraging. I was with her when we spoke with your consultant and I was very pleased at how patient and understanding he was. Even when she asked a question she thought was inept, he made her feel like every question she had was as important as life and death. I researched a few different companys and your company has exactly what we needed. Delivery was quick and set up was very easy. A few times when the button went off accidently, she was nervous until she realized how easily it can be reset. Thank you again for your assistance and patient with my amazing mom.
